For information on availability and/or reservations, please call us or complete the following form with as much information as you feel comfortable with. We will be happy to respond to you within 24 hours to confirm availability.
For rental periods of 4 months and more, we will require 1 month rental fee at reservation, which will be held and applied towards your last month’s rent. On occupancy day, we will require first month’s rent, key deposit and cleaning fee.
Methods of payment available are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club International, Paypal, Certified Check, Bank Draft, Money Order, Electronic Money Transfer (EMT), Wire Transfer and Cash. Note: Credit card and Paypal payments are subject to a 3.5 % processing fee.
